Return Policy 

All gifts can be returned for credit or exchange if returned in original packaging in sellable condition within six months. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit for use within one year only. Returns must be dropped off at our location. Please email us at Besimantov@verizon.net to set up an appointment at your convenience. Include your name, and contact information, date gift was received and name of the sender of the gift.

Payments

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. All prices are plus sales tax where applicable when delivered or shipped within New York State. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Delivery

There is a $2.00 delivery charge per address. If the item is in our warhouse, it will be delivered within 7 days from date of order. (If needed sooner, please specify on your order.) If item is out of stock or not available in our warhouse it will be placed on backorder and will be delivered within 30 days from date of order.  If the item is not in stock within 30 days, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the item.

Besimantov.com cannot be held responsible for any pricing errors due to typographical errors contained anywhere on our site. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information found on our site, as well as the pricing of all of our products. All prices are subject to change.
